in this photo via Achmad Ibrahim, a lady wades through floodwaters on a street in Bekasi, a town just east of Indonesia's capital, Jakarta, on Friday. Heavy downpours mixed with negative sewage planning often motives heavy flooding in elements of improved Jakarta. The flood in Bekasi began Thursday and was reportedly the worst during the past 9 years. The Bekasi River overflowed its banks and inundated residential areas neighborhood, with waters attaining 4 meters (13 toes) in some buildings.
